マーシャル・ギルバート諸島機動空襲（マーシャル・ギルバートしょとうきどうくうしゅう）とは、第二次世界大戦における太平洋戦争初期の1942年（昭和17年）2月1日に[1]、アメリカ海軍の空母機動部隊が行ったマーシャル諸島およびギルバート諸島の日本軍に対する航空攻撃である[2][3]。真珠湾攻撃で戦艦部隊に打撃を受けたアメリカ海軍の太平洋艦隊が、使用可能なヨークタウン級航空母艦を活用して一撃離脱を仕掛けた[4]。
