マーガレット・テューダー（Margaret Tudor, 1489年11月28日 - 1541年10月18日）は、スコットランド王ジェームズ4世の王妃。イングランド王ヘンリー7世と王妃エリザベス・オブ・ヨークの長女でヘンリー8世の姉。

スコットランド王ジェームズ6世/イングランド王ジェームズ1世にとって母方、父方双方で曾祖母に当たる。
生涯

1503年8月8日、ホリールード寺院においてスコットランド王ジェームズ4世と結婚した。4男2女を産んだが、三男のジェームズ5世以外はいずれも早世した。

ジェームズ4世が死去した翌年の1514年8月6日、第6代アンガス伯アーチボルド・ダグラス（英語版）と再婚し、翌1515年にはダーンリー卿ヘンリー・ステュアートの母マーガレット・ダグラスを産んだが、後に離婚した。

1528年3月3日、メスヴェン卿ヘンリー・ステュアート（英語版）（スコットランド王ロバート3世の弟オールバニ公ロバート・ステュアートの6代後の子孫）と3度目の結婚をした。

マーガレットの死後、ヘンリー8世の子らが王位に即くも、ことごとく子孫を成さずに崩御した。その結果、マーガレットの血筋を通じてジェームズ6世/1世が両国王を兼ねる同君連合体制（王冠連合）が始まった。ステュアート朝末期の両国の合同、ジェームズ6世/1世の血を引くハノーヴァー家の王位継承を経て、今日のイギリス王室（ウィンザー朝）もマーガレットの血を引いている。

最初の夫ジェームズ4世との間に6人の子を儲けたが、ジェームズ5世を除いて夭折した。
