マルグレーテ2世（デンマーク語: Margrethe II、1940年4月16日 - ）は、デンマーク女王（在位：1972年1月14日 - 2024年1月14日）。全名は、マルグレーテ・アレクサンドリーネ・トーヒルドゥア・イングリッド（Margrethe Alexandrine Torhildur Ingrid）。

前国王フレゼリク9世の第一王女（第1子）、母はスウェーデン王女のイングリッド王妃。出生時点では王位継承権はなかったが、法改正により継承権を得て、父王の崩御に伴い1972年に即位した。

在位52年となる2024年1月14日に皇太子フレデリックへ譲位することを、2023年12月31日に放映されたテレビ談話で国民に表明した[2]。2024年1月14日に、クリスチャンスボー城での王位継承式で退位文書に署名し、退位（英語版）した[3]。

2022年9月8日、英国・英連邦王国のエリザベス2世が崩御した時点で世界で唯一の女性君主（女王）であったため、退位後は女性君主が不在となった。

妹が2人おり、末妹のアンネ＝マリーは元ギリシャ国王コンスタンティノス2世の王妃である。また、スウェーデン国王カール16世グスタフは母方の従弟に、ノルウェー国王ハーラル5世やベルギー王ボードゥアン1世・アルベール2世・ルクセンブルク大公妃ジョゼフィーヌ＝シャルロットの三姉弟は、ともに又いとこ（はとこ）にあたる。
