マッキンリー・モーガンフィールド（McKinley Morganfield）、別名マディ・ウォーターズ（Muddy Waters、1913年4月4日 - 1983年4月30日）は、アメリカ合衆国のブルース・シンガー、ギタリスト。シカゴにおいてエレクトリック・ギターを使ったバンド・スタイルのブルースを展開し、シカゴ・ブルースの形成に大きな足跡を残したことから、「シカゴ・ブルースの父」と称される。生涯に6度グラミー賞を受賞し[2]、没後の1987年にはロックの殿堂入りを果たした[3]。

その豊富で深遠な声、豪快なボトルネック・ギター、カリスマ的キャラクターで、ブルース界の第一人者となった。ロック界においても、ローリング・ストーンズ、エリック・クラプトン、ロリー・ギャラガー、ポール・ロジャース、ジョン・メイオール、フリートウッド・マックなど、彼から影響を受けたミュージシャンは枚挙にいとまがなく、その影響力は計り知れない。
