ベトナム社会主義共和国副主席（ベトナムしゃかいしゅぎきょうわこくふくしゅせき、ベトナム語: Pho Ch? t?ch n??c C?ng hoa xa h?i ch? ngh?a Vi?t Nam、漢字:副主席?共和社會主義越南）は、は、ベトナム社会主義共和国の元首である国家主席の職務遂行を補佐する官職。国家副主席（こっかふくしゅせき）とも呼ばれる。他国の副大統領に相当する。

国家副主席の選出は国家主席が国会議員の中から推薦し、国会により選出される[1]。選出後は自動的に国家副主席は共産党中央委員会のメンバーとなり、国家主席から特定の任務遂行を委任される事もある。

国家副主席は国家主席が長期間の職務遂行不能に陥った際、次期国家主席を選出するまで、主席代行を務める。1992年以降、副主席の座は女性で占められてきた。1981年には国家評議会副議長と名称変更されたが、権限の内容については言及されなかった。かつてはベトナム共和国（南ベトナム）にも副大統領の座が存在していた[2]。
