プライムタイム・エミー賞 作品賞 (コメディ・シリーズ部門)（Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Comedy Series）は、プライムタイム・エミー賞の部門の一つ[1]。テレビドラマ作品自体へと賞が贈られるエミー賞の最重要部門の一つである[2]。その年アメリカで放送されたコメディ・シリーズ作品数本を候補に選び、その中の1本にこの名誉が与えられる。1957年と1965年は受賞作が選出されなかった。

1952年よりドラマ・シリーズ部門から独立した。
