ブレッド&バター（ブレッドアンドバター、英語: Bread & Butter）は、2人組の日本のフォークデュオ（兄弟デュオ）。兄弟の父は映画監督の岩沢庸徳[3][4]。

1969年のデビュー以来、2014年現在までに41枚のシングルと24枚のオリジナルアルバムをリリース。楽曲は加山雄三やサザンオールスターズなどと同様に「湘南サウンド」として親しまれ、スティーヴィー・ワンダーや細野晴臣、井上陽水、松任谷由実など内外のミュージシャンとの交流も幅広い。

岩沢幸矢（いわさわ さつや）：ボーカル
1943年7月11日生まれ（蟹座） / AB型 / 神奈川県茅ヶ崎市出身妻はシンガーのMANNA（本名：岩沢真利子、「マナ」名義でも活動している。細野晴臣作詞・作曲の｢イエロー・マジック・カーニバル｣（1979年）のヒットで知られる。その後、アニメ・ソングを多数手がけた。『ひらけ!ポンキッキ』オープニング・テーマ「きょうも1センチ」[5]、アニメ『ドラゴンボールZ』エンディング・テーマ「でてこいとびきりZENKAIパワー!」など）、娘はミュージシャンのAisa。
岩沢二弓（いわさわ ふゆみ）：ボーカル、ギター
1949年2月23日生まれ（魚座） / AB型 / 神奈川県茅ヶ崎市出身娘はミュージシャンの岩沢シーマ (Seema) 。2000年、父娘ユニット「mondayz」名義で、アルバム「monday beach」をリリース。2009年2月23日 - 還暦を迎え、ソロでのライブ活動を再開する。2009年10月1日 - 岩沢二弓サポーターズファンクラブ「fuyumi mania ~Fuyumi Iwasawa Supporters」が発足。2010年1月1日 - ブレッド&バター 岩沢二求Bオフィシャルblog がスタート。
