フランソワ・ラリュエル（Francois Laruelle, 1937年8月22日 - ）は、フランスの哲学者。国際哲学コレージュとパリ第10大学ナンテールで教鞭を執った。1970年代初頭から執筆活動を開始し、これまでに約20冊の著作を発表している。高等師範学校の卒業生であるラリュエルは、非‐哲学（non-philosophy）という概念を提唱したことで知られる。現在、国際非‐哲学機構（Organisation Non-Philosophique Internationale）のディレクターであり、非‐哲学の運動を推進している。10年前までのラリュエルに対する評価として、スコットランドの哲学者レイ・ブラシエは「今日、ヨーロッパで活動している世に知られざる哲学者の中で最も重要な人物」[3]と述べている。また、ジル・ドゥルーズとフェリックス・ガタリも、ラリュエルは「現代哲学の最も重要な課題の一つに取り組んでいる人物」[4]として捉えていた。英語圏におけるラリュエルの著作の受容は、ほとんどブラシエの尽力によるものである。ブラシエは2003年の『Radical Philosophy』にラリュエルの非‐哲学についての考察を寄稿した。また著作『Nihil Unbound』で開始された自らの研究プロジェクトでは、非‐哲学の幾つかのアイデアを批判的に取り入れている[5]。昨今、ラリュエルの国際的な受容はますます進んでおり、1年のうちに数十冊もの著作が英訳されている。ラリュエルの英訳を発行している出版社としては、エディンバラ大学出版会、コンティニューム、パルグレイブ・マクミラン、コロンビア大学出版会、アーバノミック／シークエンスなどがある。 ラリュエルは自らの仕事を5つの時期に分割している。すなわち、哲学Ⅰ（1971?1981年）、哲学Ⅱ（1981?1995年）、哲学Ⅲ（1995?2002年）、哲学Ⅳ（2002?2008年）、哲学Ⅴ（2008年?現在）である。哲学Ⅰにて、ラリュエルはニーチェ、ハイデガー、ドゥルーズ、デリダの概念を転覆しようと試みている。この初期の時点ですでに、哲学に対する超越論的な姿勢を採ることに対するラリュエルの関心が伺える。哲学Ⅱでは、哲学それ自身に対して超越論的なアプローチを展開しようとする確固たる努力がなされている。しかしながら、ラリュエルが述べるところによると、非‐哲学プロジェクトが本格的に開始されたのは、哲学Ⅲの時期に入ってからである。 ラリュエルによれば、あらゆる形態の哲学（古代哲学から分析哲学、脱構築主義などに至るまで）は、ある先行する決定がなされた上で構造化されているのだが、どの形態の哲学も、その決定について恒常的に盲目であり続けているという。ラリュエルがここで述べる「決定」とは、世界を哲学的に把握するためになされる、世界の弁証法的な分割のことを指している。ラリュエルは、哲学のこの決定的構造は非‐哲学的にのみ理解することができると主張する。この意味で、非‐哲学は哲学についての学なのである。
