フアン・ボルジア （Juan Borja, 1476年? - 1497年6月14日）は、スペインの第2代ガンディア公爵。ロドリーゴ・ボルジア（後のローマ教皇アレクサンデル6世）と愛人ヴァノッツァ・カタネイの子。異母兄にペドロ・ルイス・ボルジア、同母兄弟にチェーザレ・ボルジア、ホフレ・ボルジア、妹にルクレツィア・ボルジアがいる。

スペイン語読みでは「フアン・ボルハ」となるはずだが、日本では「フアン・ボルジア」または「ホアン・ボルジア」が一般的である。イタリア語ではジョヴァンニ・ボルジャ（Giovanni Borgia）。チェーザレの弟にあたるのか、兄にあたるのか、生年が諸説ある。
生涯

1493年、スペイン貴族マリア・エンリケス・デ・ルナと結婚し、2代目ガンディア公爵となり、テッサ公、サン・ピエトロ知事など多くの称号をアレクサンデル6世から授かった。

1497年6月14日、ピアッツァ・デッラ・ジュディッカ（ローマ市内のゲットー）近くで何者かに暗殺された。テヴェレ川に浮かんだ彼の遺体から、30ダカットの金貨の入った財布が見つかった為、強盗の仕業ではないことがわかった。一説では、フアンの愚公ぶりに業を煮やしたチェーザレの仕業ではないかと噂された。

妃マリアとの間に2子をもうけた。長男フアン・ボルハ・イ・エンリケス（フアン・ボルジア）は3代目ガンディア公を継いだ。その子は、後にイエズス会第3代総長になり、列聖されるフランシスコ・ボルジアである。長女フランシスカ・デ・ヘスス・ボルハはバリャドリードの修道院で尼僧となった。
