ハートランド・リーグ（Heartland League）は、アメリカ合衆国中部で活動していたプロ野球の独立リーグ。
歴史

1995年にミッドアメリカ・リーグ（Mid-America League）として創設され、リーグ戦を開始。1996年から、リーグ名をハートランド・リーグに変更した。

1998年のリーグ戦終了後、リーグは解散した。
