とりあえず、翻訳依頼のページにあった項目名のまま、翻訳を始めています。本文には、イスラム教がイエスを「油を注がれたもの」と認識していたような記述があります。もっとも、メシアの定義がキリスト教とは異なるようなのですが。私は大した知識があるわけではないので、詳しい方々の判断を仰ぎます。--antique1967 2009年4月11日 (土) 12:17 (UTC)[返信]漢字変換ミスを訂正しました。--antique1967 2009年4月12日 (日) 07:48 (UTC)[返信]関連する項目をいくつか見てみました。イエス・キリスト#イスラム教におけるイエスやメシアによるとイスラム教ではイエスをメシアと認めているものの、イスラム教におけるメシアの概念はキリスト教におけるキリストの概念とは異なっている、ということのようです。キリストには「非キリスト教徒がイエスを指してキリストと呼ぶ事は本来は誤りである」とあり、救世主にはイスラム教徒は「イエスを救世主と認めていない」と書いてあります。他言語版の項目タイトルも私の理解できる範囲ではキリストに相当する語は含まれていないようです。私も大した知識があるわけではないのですが、やはりキリストという言葉はこの項目のタイトルには含めない方がいいように思います。--sergei 2009年4月11日 (土) 13:44 (UTC)[返信]この分野に関して無学ですが感想を。日本人的発想（キリスト教信者が比較的少ない）ではイエス＝Yes,Noのイエスと感じてしまいます。したがって、「イスラム教におけるイエス」では、イスラム教における同意の語義解釈についての記事なのか？と。イエスを宗教者と分かりやすくするのであれば「イスラム教におけるイエス・キリストの位置づけ」または「イスラム教におけるイエス (救世主)」などはどうかなとも思います。--Qoop 2009年4月11日 (土) 14:10 (UTC)[返信]

（以下Qoopさんへのレス）えーと、イスラム教徒がイエスのことをキリストとは認識していないのだとすると、キリストの語を項目名に含めることは中立的な観点に反する可能性が高いということを理解した上でのご発言でしょうか? 「イエス (救世主)」というのは救世主にイスラム教徒は「イエスを救世主と認めていない」と書いてあることにはっきりと矛盾するように思われますがいかがでしょうか? イエスが英単語のyesと紛らわしいというのであればイスラムでの呼称に則って「イーサー」とか「マルヤムの子イーサー」とする方法もあります。まあ私としては一般的な日本語読解能力のある人なら「イスラム教におけるイエス」という名称から英単語を思い浮かべることは普通はないと思いますが。--sergei 2009年4月11日 (土) 14:55 (UTC)[返信]Sergei様 仰っていることはよく分かります。私にはパッと見こういう印象があったという感想です。こういう見方もあるのだと留めおき下さいませ。なお、イスラム教徒・キリスト教徒間において中立性・正確性を担保することは、色々な、ん？がありますので、とても大事ですが『記事の題名は、まず何よりも「日本語話者の大多数にとって、最も曖昧でなく、最も理解しやすいもの」』という文言が記事名の付け方の序文にあることもご理解下さい。まあ3年も修士課程に通った私は一般的にはちょっとへそ曲がりであったということでしょう。--Qoop 2009年4月11日 (土) 15:53 (UTC)[返信] コメント現行記事名には賛成でも反対でも無いのですが（当記事の「議決」に参加するほどの役割をウィキペディア執筆者としての自身に見出しておりませんので…）、一言。＞日本人的発想（キリスト教信者が比較的少ない）ではイエス＝Yes,Noのイエスと感じてしまいます。「イスラム教における預言者イエス」という表現などを用いれば、Qoopさんの御懸念は回避出来るかと思います。まあしかしそもそもですね、「イスラム教における預言者イーサー」の方がいいような気もするのですが…ギリシャ語・ラテン語由来の表記ではなくアラビア語由来の転写の方が、イスラームには配慮した記事名だと思うのですけれどね。まあ、イスラーム関連記事の執筆者の方々の御意向を基本的に尊重したいと思っております。--Kliment A.K. 2009年4月11日 (土) 15:13 (UTC)少しコメントに修正を加えました。
