I apologise for using English here, but I'm not that fluent in Japanese.

The section about Discovery Japan K.K. (the company) is currently taking a large amount of an article that should be about Discovery Channel (the TV channel).

I may create a new, separate article about Discovery Japan K.K. at the English Wikipedia anytime soon.
