トゥル語 ( または ???? ????,[1] Tu?u b?se, [?tu?u ?b??sa] [?]) は ドラヴィダ語族に属する南部ドラヴィダ語派の言語のひとつである。話者は195万人 (1997)[2]。話者は、トゥルヴァ（トゥル人（英語版）とも）と呼ばれる人々で、その多くは インド南西部のトゥル・ナドゥ（英語版）と呼ばれる地域に住んでいる。

南部ドラヴィダ語派だが南部ドラヴィダ祖語から早期に分岐したため[3]、いくつかの点でタミル・カンナダ系（英語版）（タミル語、カンナダ語）にない要素を持っている。トゥル語には文字で書かれた文学は少ないが、叙事詩などの豊かな口承文学を持っている。

脚注^ トゥル語は2種類の文字を持つ。 Tu?u b?se はトゥル文字（英語版）では 、カンナダ文字では ???? ???? と書かれる。トゥル語 b?se に対してカンナダ文字では、???? bh??e, ????, bh??e, および ???? b??e というスペルもある。カンナダ語での「言語」という語の正しい綴りは ???? bh??e だが、トゥル語の場合、これは必ずしも成り立たない。 Manner の Tulu-English and English-Tulu Dictionary (1886) によれば “????, ???? b??e, b?se, see ????.” (vol. 1, p. 478), “????, ???? bh??e, bh?she, s. Speech, language.” (vol. 1, p. 508) とあり、4種類の綴りが収録されている。トゥル語では実際には ???? b?se と発音される。上記辞書の表記では? と sh はそれぞれISO 15919の ? と ? に相当する。
