『テンション』(Tension)は、オーストラリアの歌手カイリー・ミノーグの16枚目のスタジオ・アルバム。2023年9月22日にBMGとミノーグの会社デアノートより発売された。アルバムは2023年5月に2020年のアルバム『ディスコ』以来の新作として発売がアナウンスされた。今回はアルバムとしての深いテーマを設けずそれぞれの曲が制作された。ミノーグは長年のコラボレーターであるリチャード "ビフ" スタンナード、ダック・ブラックウェル、ジャクソン・フッテ、PhD、カットファーザーなどといった様々なプロデューサーに協力を求めた。
『テンション』はエレクトロポップに影響されながらも様々なエレクトロニック・ダンスのジャンルを範囲を内包しており、1980年代のシンセ・ポップ、ディスコ、ファンクから現代的なダンス・ポップやハウスなど多岐に渡る。『テンション』はアルバムの主題となるようなテーマを特に設けてないにもかかわらず、愛、傷心、エンパワーメントなどが題材として扱われている。『テンション』は数々の音楽評論からアルバムにおける様々なサウンドの混合、キャッチーさやクオリティの高さを認められ、いくつかの出版物はミノーグがこれまでに行った中で最高の仕事だとしている。
『テンション』はオーストラリア、スコットランド、ベルギーのワロン地域、イギリス、そしてアイルランドやアメリカ合衆国のいくつかのカテゴリーチャートで第1位を記録した。それ以外にもフランス、フィンランド、ドイツ、オランダ、ニュージーランド、スペイン、スイスなど世界各国でトップ10に入った。3枚のシングルがアルバムのプロモーションの為にリリースされ、オランダのDJおよびプロデューサーのオリバー・ヘルデンスとの「テン・アウト・オブ・テン」に続き、ミノーグにとって商業的突破口を収めた「パダム・パダム」、タイトル・トラックの「テンション」が発売された。
アルバムのプロモーションの為にいくつかのライヴ出演を行い、『アメリカン・アイドル』、キャピタル・サマータイム・ボウル、ヘッドライナーとしてラジオ2・イン・ザ・パークに出演した。更にミノーグは2023年11月から初となるラスベガス常設公演『モア・ザン・ジャスト・ア・レジデンシー』を開始する。
