トライタワー

ツインタワーの派生として少数ながら、三連塔となるトライタワーも日本や世界に点在する。上部付近まで全面的に連結され、ほぼ三塔一体化した西新宿の新宿パークタワーをその先駆的な例として、塔頂を船型の屋上庭園で連結した、シンガポールマリーナ地区のマリーナベイ・サンズ等が知られている。免震目的のトライタワーは、三塔を空中架構で連結して連結部に制振装置を施すことで、各塔が相互に影響し合い且つショックが直通し合わない構造を持つ福岡市東区のアイランドタワースカイクラブが代表的であり、同じく竹中工務店施工の晴海アイランドトリトンスクエア(中央区晴海)は三塔のうち二塔ずつ同士が制振架橋によって塔連結されている。
