ダウンフォール作戦（ダウンフォールさくせん、英語: Operation Downfall、没落作戦[要出典]）は、太平洋戦争時のアメリカ軍やイギリス軍を主力とする連合国軍による日本本土上陸計画の作戦名である。作戦実施前に日本が降伏したため、この計画は中止された。

ダウンフォール作戦は、1945年11月実施を前提に計画された「オリンピック作戦」と、1946年春に実施を前提に計画された「コロネット作戦」に分かれており、オリンピック作戦では九州南部を占領し、コロネット作戦では関東平野の占領を目的としていた。仮にこの作戦が実行されていたなら、1944年6月に行われたノルマンディー上陸作戦を遥かに超える史上最大の水陸両用作戦となった[7][8]。
