ゾーロモン・アッシャー・ビルンバウム（Solomon Ascher Birnbaum, 1891年12月24日 - 1989年12月28日）は、イディッシュ語・ヘブライ語学者、美術史家。
来歴

著名なシオニストであるナータン・ビルンバウムの子としてウィーンで生まれる。第一次世界大戦のときにオーストリア・ハンガリー帝国に従軍。ヴュルツブルク大学で博士号をとる。1922年から1933年にかけてハンブルク大学でイディッシュ語の講義を行う。

ナチ党が抬頭すると、1933年に妻のイレーネ・グリューンヴァルト、子供たちとともにイギリスに亡命する[1]。1936年から1957年、ロンドン大学の東洋アフリカ研究所で古文書学、碑文学、また1938年からスラブ・東欧学部の講師を務める。第二次世界大戦中はイギリスの書籍の翻訳に専心する。

1970年、カナダのトロントに移住[1]。1989年12月28日、死去。
