クリミアの戦いは、1941年9月から1942年7月にかけての、クリミア半島とセヴァストポリ要塞をめぐる枢軸国軍とソ連軍の戦闘である。ロシア語ではクリミア防衛作戦 (ロシア語: Крымская оборонительная операция)と呼ばれる。
背景

クリミア半島南西部のセヴァストポリには、ロシア黒海艦隊の母港があり、これをめぐって歴史的に幾度も戦いが行われた。1920年には、半島付け根のペレコープ地峡で、ミハイル・フルンゼの赤軍とピョートル・ヴラーンゲリの白軍の間で、最終決戦が行われ、敗れた白軍は国外に脱出し、ロシアの内戦は赤軍の勝利で終わった。
