スラップスティックは、1977年から1986年に活動した[1]、男性声優5人（初期メンバーは、神谷明、曽我部和恭、野島昭生、古谷徹、古川登志夫[2]）によって結成された日本のバンド。同バンドはその後、媒体によって「第二次声優ブームの象徴的存在」、「伝説の声優バンド」とも称されるようになった[2]。
概要

羽佐間道夫から「役者の特質を生かしてやったらどうか」と提案されたことがきっかけで結成[3]、羽佐間はエグゼクティブプロデューサーとして名前を連ねている。メンバーの所属事務所はバラバラだったが、バンドに関するプロモートはムーブマンが行っていた[4]。

サウンドプロデュースは森雪之丞が担当し、大瀧詠一、かまやつひろし、すぎやまこういち、所ジョージ、弾厚作など著名な作家が楽曲を提供した[5][2]。以上のような顔ぶれで制作された曲目は、グループ・サウンズやコミックソングなど多彩な曲構成であった[5]。
