スティーブン・スピネラ（Stephen Spinella、1956年10月11日[1] - ）は、イタリア生まれのアメリカ合衆国の俳優。作品によってはステファン・スピネラとも。
来歴

1956年に、イタリアのナポリで生まれる。アリゾナ州のグレンデールで育ち、アリゾナ大学を卒業[1]。また、ニューヨーク大学のティッシュ・スクール・オブ・ジ・アーツにも参加した経験を持つ。

トニー・クシュナーの戯曲「Angels in America: Millennium Approaches」と、「Angels in America: Perestroika」での演技でトニー賞の演劇主演男優賞と助演男優賞を受賞している。
