ジョン・ホルト（英: John Holt、1947年7月11日 - 2014年10月19日）は、ジャマイカのキングストンで生まれたレゲエの歌手。1963年に「アイ・クライド・ア・ティア」でデビュー。その後はパラゴンズのリード・ヴォーカルとして活動。代表曲に「The Tide Is High」などがある[1]。同曲はブロンディのカバー・バージョンで主に知られる（邦題は「夢みるNo.1」）。
