『サントメール ある被告』（原題：Saint Omer）は、2022年制作のフランスの社会派ドラマ映画。

2016年にフランス北部の町サントメールで実際にあった事件とその裁判をベースにしたヒューマンドラマ。

第79回ヴェネツィア国際映画祭で銀獅子賞（審査員大賞）と新人監督賞を受賞した[1][3][4][5]ほか、第95回アカデミー賞国際長編映画賞のフランス代表に選出された[1][6][7]。
あらすじ

若き女性作家ラマは、生後15ヶ月の幼い娘を海辺に置き去りにして殺害した罪に問われた若いセネガル人女性ロランスの裁判を傍聴するうち、彼女は本当に娘を殺したのかという疑問を抱くようになる。
