サンチャゴ・デ・キューバ海戦（サンチャゴ・デ・キューバかいせん、Battle of Santiago de Cuba）は、アメリカ合衆国とスペイン帝国が戦った米西戦争中の1898年7月3日に起きた海戦。

スペイン本国から植民地キューバへ回航されたスペイン艦隊がサンチャゴ・デ・クーバ港でアメリカ艦隊の封鎖を受け、脱出を図ったがアメリカ艦隊に捕捉されて壊滅した。結果、キューバ方面においてスペインは主な海軍力を喪失し、制海権はアメリカ艦隊が握った。海戦後、サンチャゴ・デ・キューバやプエルトリコは占領され、戦局はアメリカ優位のまま休戦・講和へ傾いた。
アメリカ･スペイン関係の悪化

スペイン領キューバはアメリカのフロリダ半島沖という至近に存在し、砂糖の輸出によってアメリカへの経済依存度が高かった。アメリカ側も海上輸送や精製などの砂糖産業の他、タバコ、コーヒー、鉱山などキューバへの直接投資や工業製品の輸出で利害関係を深めていた。
