サラ・ダグラス（Sarah Douglas、1952年12月12日 - ）は、イギリスの女優。

ストラトフォード＝アポン＝エイヴォン出身、父親はイギリス空軍の軍人だった[1]。

映画『スーパーマン』、『スーパーマンII』でクリプトンの3悪人の一人アーサを演じた事で知られる。テレビアニメ『スーパーマン』でもクリプトンの悪人の一人マーラを演じている（声の出演）。その他の作品でも、悪役を演じる事が多い。

俳優のリチャード・ルパルメンティエ（Richard LeParmentier, 1946 - 2013、『スター・ウォーズ エピソード4/新たなる希望』のモッティ提督役）と1981年から1984年まで結婚していた[2][3]。
