サフォーク（Suffolk）は、イギリスのイースト・オブ・イングランド地方に位置する行政州。州都はイプスウィッチ。

中世初期の著名な遺跡サットン・フーが所在する。1889年から1974年まで東サフォーク州と西サフォーク州に分割されていた。
地理

北はノーフォーク州、西はケンブリッジシャー州、南はエセックス州に接し、東は北海に面する。

地形は低地がほとんどである。ブローズ国立公園が所在し、海岸部は英国の傑出した自然美地域に指定されている。

サフォーク種 - 地名にちなんだヒツジの種類。

シーランド公国 - 同州から10km先の沖合いに浮かぶ海上要塞を元英国陸軍少佐のパディ・ロイ・ベーツが不法占拠し、国家と定めたことにより問題視されている。「ミクロネーション」を自称している。
