サナ・レイサン（Sanaa McCoy Lathan[1]、1971年9月19日[2] - ）は、アメリカ合衆国の女優、声優。
来歴・人物

ニューヨーク出身、アフリカ系アメリカ人。ファーストネームのサナ（Sanaa）は、スワヒリ語で「芸術」、アラビア語で「輝く光」を意味する[3]。父親は映画・テレビドラマ監督、母親は女優・ダンサー[4] 。

カリフォルニア大学バークレー校で英語を、イェール大学で演劇を学ぶ[1]。イェール大学で演劇を学ぶかたわら、ロサンゼルスやオフ・ブロードウェイで舞台に立ち、1996年にデビュー。2004年の映画『エイリアンVSプレデター』でヒロインのレックス役を演じた事で知られる。
