サッカーナイジェリア女子代表（サッカーナイジェリアじょしだいひょう）は、ナイジェリアサッカー協会による女子サッカーのナショナルチームである。愛称はスーパーファルコンズ(Super Falcons)で、同国の男子代表の愛称「スーパーイーグルス(Super Eagls)」と対をなす。

初の国際試合は1991年2月16日のガーナ戦で、5-1で勝利した。ちなみにガーナにとっても初の国際試合であった。

アフリカ女子ネイションズカップで第1回大会（1991年）以降、第8回大会（2008年）と第10回大会（2012年）を除いてすべて優勝しているアフリカサッカー連盟(CAF)所属の女子チーム最強国であるが、ワールドカップ、オリンピックではともにベスト8が最高位である。
