サイモン・アーク（Simon Ark）は、アメリカの推理作家エドワード・D・ホックの多くの短編で活躍するキャラクター。ここでは彼を主人公とする作品についても記述する。
人物概要

ホック自身のデビュー作でもある「死者の村」で初登場。悪魔を探して世界中を旅している、と自称しており、会話から推定される年齢は2000歳（実際は1500前後）。元々はコプト教徒の僧侶だったようで、宗教関連の知識は豊富、「ネプチューン・ブックス」から黒魔術や悪魔教に関する本を出している（この本の印税が彼の主な収入源である）。容貌は「背が高く」、「年寄りではないが顔に細かいしわがあ」り、「ある意味では非常にハンサムだなのだろうが、女性が彼に惹かれるとは想像できない」。また、「活発な七十代」という記述もある。

シェリー・コンスタンス
ギダズ村の生き残りで、初登場時二十歳代。後に「わたし」の妻になる。文芸季刊誌には旧姓の「シェリー・コンスタンス」名義で詩を発表している。
