ケンタッキー大学（英語: University of Kentucky）は、ケンタッキー州レキシントン（レキシントン-フェイエット郡市）に本部を置くアメリカ合衆国の州立大学である。1865年に設置された。

現在、同州内の大学で学生数が最大の（27,000名以上）であり、またU.S. News and World Report誌によれば同州最高の学術研究機関でもある。呼称としては同州内外においてUKと呼ばれることが多い（同じく頭文字がKであるカンザス大学は通常KUと呼称される）。
キャンパス

716エーカーを越える規模のキャンパスに15の図書館が存在する。その中でも1998年に完成したウィリアム・T・ヤング図書館（the William T. Young Library）は寄贈蔵書数が全米の公立大学の中で最大で、大学の新たな象徴的建造物となった。
