ロバート・グレン・ハバード（英語: Robert Glenn Hubbard、1958年9月4日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国の経済学者。

コロンビア大学ビジネススクール院長で、ジョージ・W・ブッシュ政権下では大統領経済諮問委員会議長を務めた。アメリカ・エンタープライズ研究所（英語版）の客員スカラーも兼務している。サプライサイド経済学者で、2003年のブッシュ減税を推進した。
経歴

1958年　フロリダ州オーランドで生まれる。

1979年　セントラルフロリダ大学学士（B.A.,B.S., Economics, summa cum laude）。

1981年　ハーバード大学修士（A.M.）。

1983年　ハーバード大学博士（Ph.D.,　博士論文'Three Essays on Government Debt and Asset Markets'）

1981年?1983年　ハーバード大学のティーチング・フェローとなる。

1983年?1988年 ノースウェスタン大学の助教授となる。 　

1988年　コロンビア大学ビジネススクールの教授に就任する。

1994年?現在　コロンビア大学ビジネススクールの教授（Russell L. Carson Professor of Economics and Finance）に就任する。

2001年?2003年　ブッシュ大統領のもと大統領経済諮問委員会委員長に就任する。

2004年?現在　コロンビア大学ビジネススクール院長に就任する。
