古参近衛隊

大陸軍（だいりくぐん、フランス語: Grande Armee、グランダルメまたはグランド・アルメ、英語: The Great Army）あるいは大陸連合は、1805年にナポレオン1世が命名したフランス軍を中核とする軍隊の名称である。最初に歴史的な記録に現れるのは、イギリス侵攻のためにイギリス海峡に面する海岸に軍隊を集結させた時であり、これを東方のオーストリアおよびロシアに対する作戦行動を始めるように配置転換された。この後、1806年から1807年、1812年、および1813年から1814年の各作戦においてもこの名称が使われており、19世紀初頭にナポレオンが作戦を実行するために自らの勢力圏の国々から召集した多国籍軍の総称である。[1]フランス語のarmeeという語には「陸軍」とともに「軍隊」という意味もあり、「大軍隊」と日本語訳することも可能である。

最初の大陸軍はナポレオン麾下の陸軍元帥（Marechal）と上級の将軍の指揮下にある6個軍団で構成されたものから始まり、その規模はナポレオンの覇権がヨーロッパ中に広がるにつれ拡大していった。1812年の夏にロシア遠征を始めた時がその最大であり、兵力は700,000名を数えた。
