キプロスの大統領（キプロスのだいとうりょう、ギリシア語: Πρ?εδρο? τη? Κυπριακ?? Δημοκρατ?α?, トルコ語: K?br?s Cumhuriyeti Cumhurba?kan?）は、キプロス共和国の元首たる大統領である。
選出

憲法規定では、ギリシャ系キプロス人の中から国民の直接選挙により選出（任期5年）され、トルコ系キプロス人から選出される副大統領と共に行政権を行使することになっている。

しかし1974年以来、キプロスは南北に分断されており、南のキプロス共和国（ギリシャ系キプロス）と北の北キプロス・トルコ共和国（トルコ系キプロス）で住み分けが成されているため、トルコ系が就任する事になっている副大統領職は空席のまま、ギリシャ系の大統領に行政権が集中している。
