カール・リー・パーキンス（Carl Lee Perkins、1932年4月9日 - 1998年1月19日）[4]は、アメリカ合衆国のロカビリー・ミュージシャン[2]。1954年より主にテネシー州メンフィスのサン・レコードでしていた。初期のロックンロールの立役者としてエルヴィス・プレスリーらとともにサンの黄金期を飾ったうちの1人である[2]。

チャーリー・ダニエルズは「カール・パーキンスの曲はロカビリーの時代の象徴であり、彼のサウンドこそが本物のロカビリーである。なぜなら彼はずっと変わらないから」と語った[5]。パーキンスの曲はエルヴィス・プレスリー、ビートルズ、ジミ・ヘンドリックス、ジョニー・キャッシュなど影響力のあるアーティストおよび友人たちにカバーされ、彼の音楽業界での地位を確固たるものにした。ポール・マッカートニーは「もしもカール・パーキンスがいなかったら、ビートルズは存在しなかった」と語った[6]。
