オルウェ（Olwe）は、J・R・R・トールキンの中つ国を舞台とした小説、『シルマリルの物語』の登場人物。

アマンにおけるテレリであるファルマリの王にして、シンダールの王エルウェの弟である。ケレボルンの出生地をドリアスとする構想では、もう一人の兄弟エルモがあるとされる。

エルウェとオルウェは、共に後にテレリと呼ばれるエルフの第三氏族の王であり、ともにかれらの民をクイヴィエーネンから西方へ率いた。しかしながら、ベレリアンドで長くとどまっている間、エルウェは行方不明になった。何年かの捜索の末、オルウェは待つことをやめ、ヴァラールのウルモに連れられて、テレリ族の大半をヴァリノールへ導いた。

オルウェは、テレリ族が建造し発達させた多くの都市があるトル・エレッセア島の君主になった。数世紀後、かれらが最終的にエルダマールへついた時、オルウェはアルクウァロンデの王になった。かれの娘エアルウェンは、フィンウェの息子であり、後にヴァリノールにおけるノルドール族の上級王になったフィナルフィンと結婚した。それゆえ、かれらの子供たちは、中つ国へ帰還したとき、エルウェすなわちエル・シンゴルに親類であることを主張できたのである。また、オルウェにはエアルウェンの他に息子が数人いたようであるが、かれらの名前は未詳である。
