『エムシーシスター』（mc Sister）は婦人画報社（現ハースト婦人画報社）発行の10代少女向けファッションを主とした月刊女性誌である。
概要

1966年に隔月で創刊され、1973年月刊化。2002年2月号にて休刊。「mc」とは兄妹誌「MEN'S CLUB」の略。

自誌に登場するモデルを人格化し個性を尊重していることにより他雑誌との差別化する手法を取り入れ、後に他の女性情報誌も追随する事になる。 専属モデルはシスターモデルとよばれ、年に一度の一般公募オーディションにより選考されていた。地方在住者の原石を見つけることを考慮したオーディションにより、倍率は、約一万倍であった。他の雑誌とは比べ物にならないくらい、オーディション人気が高かった。

同誌のモデルからは小川ローザを始めとして1970年代には中村れい子、1980年代には村上里佳子、1990年代には川原亜矢子など数多くのタレントや女優が生み出され、スターへの登竜門と言われていた時期もあった。

毎年夏に東京を中心に数都市にてシスターフェスティバル(Sister Festival)というイベントを主催していた。特に80年代以降は大変な人気となりチケットの入手が困難であった。専属モデルによるファッションショーの他、企業ブースなども出店しており、ファッション雑誌主催のイベントとしては大規模なものとしては初めての試みであり、他誌も追随するようになった。

休刊後はイトーヨーカドーが展開する女児向けの子供服ブランドとして存在しているが、本誌とは無関係である。

1998年に専属モデルで結成したグループ。メンバーは岩崎良美、木口美和子、下倉友希、田中みのり、千葉アリサ、凰山絵里、永瀬沙世、中原歩、成松阿留奈、平山葉子、松本美樹の11人[5]。

シングルCD「何処か?」（1998年7月23日）でデビューし、CD-ROM「Digital mc Sister」も同時に発売されている。
