エイヴィンド・ユーンソン（Eyvind Johnson、1900年7月29日-1976年8月25日）は、スウェーデン ノールボッテン県出身の作家。1957年にスウェーデン・アカデミーのメンバーとなり、ハリー・マーティンソンとともに1974年度のノーベル文学賞を受賞した。

1974年度のエイヴィンドとハリーの受賞は、2人がノーベル賞選考委員であり、またグレアム・グリーン、ソール・ベロー、ウラジーミル・ナボコフら有力な候補が他にもいたことから、議論を呼んだ。

彼の有名な作品には、 1930年のHar har du ditt liv! (Here is Your Life!)、1946年のStrandernas Svall (Return to Ithaca)、1960年のHans Nades Tid (The Days of his Grace)などがある。
