ウェールズ副首相（ウェールズふくしゅしょう、英語: Deputy First Minister for Wales, ウェールズ語: Dirprwy Brif Weinidog Cymru）は、イギリス・ウェールズ自治政府の副首相である。
概要

自治政府設置以来、ウェールズ労働党が一貫して政権を担っており、労働党が連立政権を発足する場合に連立政党の党首が副首相に任命されている。

2000年10月、ウェールズ自由民主党のマイク・ジャーマンがウェールズ労働党との連立政権の一環として副首相に任命された。
