アーリー・タイムズ（英語: Early Times）は、バーボン・ウイスキーの銘柄である。最初に蒸留製造されたのは、1860年にアーリータイムズ・ステーションと呼ばれる村である。しかし、アメリカ国内では、現在はバーボンではなく、ケンタッキー・ウイスキーとして販売されている。ただし、輸出用製品は現在でもバーボン・ウイスキーである。
概説

アーリータイムズのブランドは2020年よりサゼラック（英語版）が所有しており、ケンタッキー州ルイビルのダウンタウン蒸留製造所で製造されている。

この銘柄は、1920年代を通じて広く知られるようになった。アメリカ合衆国の禁酒法時代の期間、このウイスキーは、「医療用ウイスキー」の表示を行うことで、法律の適用が免除された。
アメリカ国内用

今日、アメリカで販売されているアーリー・タイムズは、再利用の焦がしオーク樽（チャード・オーク）で熟成したウイスキーが20％を占めるため、バーボン・ウイスキーではなく、ラベルには「ケンタッキー・ウイスキー」と表示されている。
輸出用

逆に国外マーケットで販売されている輸出向けアーリー・タイムズは、焦がしオークの新樽で完熟され、アルコール度数（Abv.）40％の本物のバーボンである。このバーボンは、古いオークの色で、甘口シェリー（brown sherry）に近く、バニラの香気が優勢で、なめらかな味わいを持つ。日本ではサントリーアライド（現・サントリー〈二代目〉）が扱っていたが、当時アーリータイムズを保有していたブラウンフォーマン（英語版）がアサヒビールと国内販売契約を結んだのに伴い、2013年より同社が輸入販売を開始[1]、その後2022年8月末を以ってアサヒビールとの国内販売契約を解消し、同年9月より日本国内でのアーリータイムズの輸入販売権が明治屋へ引き継がれることとなった[2]。

　伝統的なイエローラベルに対して、ブラウンラベルの歴史は浅く、1996年に日本市場向けに作られた。

アーリータイムズ ブラインドアーチャー（33度）

　アーリータイムズのウィスキーをベースにしたスピリッツに、青リンゴのフレーバーを添加したフレーバードウィスキー(Flavored Whiskey）。税法上はリキュールに分類される。Blind Archerという名称は、目隠しをして頭上のリンゴを矢で射抜いたウィリアム・テルの伝説にちなんで命名されている。
