アルバニアの首相（アルバニアのしゅしょう、アルバニア語: Kryeministri i Shqiperise）は、アルバニアの政府の長である[2]。行政権を保持する閣僚評議会の議長を務める。大統領を除いて、アルバニア政府の最高位の閣僚でもある。

大統領による任命後、就任し続けるには議会の信任を得続けなければならない。外交や内政の活動の指揮を行い、憲法で明記されている任務を遂行する。首相が不在の場合は副首相が職責の一部を引き継ぐ。
