アッツ島沖海戦（アッツとうおきかいせん）は、第二次世界大戦（大東亜戦争）中にアメリカ合衆国のコマンドルスキー諸島近海で起きた日本海軍とアメリカ海軍との間の海戦[1]。連合国軍側の呼称はコマンドルスキー諸島海戦（Battle of the Komandorski Islands）[2]。

アッツ島沖海戦、連合軍側呼称コマンドルスキー諸島海戦は[3]、1943年（昭和18年）3月26日（現地時間）3月27日（日本時間）にアリューシャン列島近海で行なわれた海戦[4]。

1943年（昭和18年）1月下旬から2月にかけて、アリューシャン方面のアメリカ海軍は艦隊を派遣し、アッツ島やキスカ島へ向かう日本軍の輸送船を攻撃していた[5]。
