アカデミー短編ドキュメンタリー映画賞（Academy Award for Documentary Short Subject）は、アカデミー賞の部門の一つ。
ノミネート条件

短編ドキュメンタリー映画賞へのノミネートについては、長編ドキュメンタリー映画賞と同様に、通常のアカデミー賞へのノミネート条件以外に追加条件がある。ここでは長編ドキュメンタリー映画賞と異なる部分のみ示す。

作品の長さは40分未満。

上映はロサンゼルスもしくはニューヨーク・マンハッタン地区のどちらかで行われればよい。

上映は1日1回行えばよい。

テレビ放映・インターネット配信が禁止されるのは「公開初日から起算して60日間」。
