ねごと（NEGOTO）は、日本の4人組ガールズバンド[2]。所属事務所はソニー・ミュージックアーティスツ。所属レーベルはKi/oon Music。

2010年、ミニアルバム『Hello! “Z”』でメジャーデビュー。バンド名は、「3文字で覚えやすく、夢の中なら何を歌っても良いため、ジャンルにこだわらない4人の音楽が作れる」という理由からつけられた。

2019年7月20日をもって解散[3]。

蒼山幸子（あおやま さちこ、 (1991-01-19) 1991年1月19日（33歳））
ボーカル・キーボード担当。千葉県出身。血液型AB型。多くの楽曲で作詞を担当[4]。ピアノだけでなくギターやドラムの経験もあり、初めてバンドを組んだ時のパートはドラムであった[5]。ライブではキーボードの他、鈴やカスタネットを用いることもある。好きな食べ物は、タコとギョウザ。また、大のお酒好きでもあり、自宅で熱燗を作るほど。解散後はソロ活動をスタートさせている。
沙田瑞紀（ますだ みずき、 (1991-03-12) 1991年3月12日（33歳））
ギター・コーラス担当。千葉県出身。血液型B型。藤咲とは幼稚園からの幼馴染。多くの楽曲で作曲を担当[4]。本人曰く早起きが苦手。クラブミュージックに造詣が深く、シングルに自身の楽曲のリミックスを手がけたものをカップリングとして収録するほか、2014年ごろからDJを始めており、ソロDJとしてイベントにも多数出演している。2018年2月3日にOKAMOTO'Sのオカモトコウキと結婚[6]。解散後は新プロジェクト"miida"を始動させる。
