株式会社さいか屋（さいかや、英語: Saikaya Co.,Ltd）は、神奈川県川崎市川崎区に本社を置く、百貨店とファッションビルを運営する企業。日本百貨店協会加盟[5]。静岡県に本社がある健康食品会社AFC-HDアムスライフサイエンスの連結子会社[6]。
本社所在地は神奈川県川崎市川崎区日進町1番地（川崎日航ホテル内の2代目川崎店の場所）[1]であるが、本店の事務は同県横須賀市にある横須賀店所在地にて行っているとしている[7]。経営企画部広報担当[8]と総務部[8]の市外局番は046となっており[9]、横須賀店と同じである。
2008年から京浜急行電鉄が主要株主となり、2010年からは京急百貨店と業務提携を開始したが、京急グループには属さない[10]。 雑賀衆（読みは「さいが」ではなく「さいか」）の末裔とされる岡本傅兵衛が幕末の1867年（慶応3年）6月に西浦賀（現在の横須賀市）の高砂屋呉服店の丁稚奉公から独立して、25両の貯蓄を元手に呉服店を開いたのが始まりである[11]。
